Minister of Education, University and Research Mariastella Gelmini met this morning representatives of the Forum of Associations of Parents of the school. The meeting showed the common will to work together not only in emergency situations but to make sense of a comparison that might be productive. On "Pact of shared responsibility between school and home" Minister Gelmini and parents' associations agreed on the need to work on the drafting of guidelines giving effect to and strengthen the document. To address the educational emergency in place must managers, teachers, parents and students converse . It was decided, in fact, to establish a timetable meetings between these fundamental components. Minister Gelmini also expressed optimism about the possibility that the comparison can be peaceful and not just for the sake of ideological school. The competitiveness of the country depends upon the school and for this you need to work together, finding a common language.
